王志恒,男,博士,1978年出生,北京大学博雅特聘教授,学科办副主任、城环学院副院长、生态研究中心副主任,海外高层次青年人才计划(青年项目)、“优青”、“杰青”获得者。主要从事生物多样性与保护生态学研究。已出版专著2部、论著章节2篇,发表期刊论文120余篇,其中SCI论文100余篇。论文被引用约8500次(Google Scholar),其中SCI引用约4500余次。担任国务院学位委员会生态学科评议组秘书,《英国皇家学会会志》(Proceedings of the Royal Society B)(5年IF=5.4)(2018-2021)、Ecological Monographs (2022-今) Global Ecology and Biogeography(5年IF=7.1,2018-今)、Journal of Plant Ecology等杂志编委。2011年获全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖;研编的《中国木本植物分布图集》(中英文)获中国出版界的最高奖——“中国出版政府奖”;2011年获欧盟“玛丽•居里研究奖助金”(Marie Curie Fellowship);2012入选海外高层次青年人才计划(青年项目);2014年获教育部高校自然科学奖一等奖(第二完成人);2015年获基金委“优秀青年科学基金项目”;2018年获第15届“上海图书奖”一等奖(第二完成人)、第31届华东地区科技出版社优秀科技图书一等奖(第二完成人);2021年获基金委“杰出青年基金”资助。

科学研究


以多尺度的“植物多样性的格局、功能和保护”为核心,结合宏观生态学、生物信息学、空间统计等多学科方法,研究:

1、物种多样性时空格局及其形成和维持机制;

2、植物功能属性地理学及其对生态系统功能的影响;

3、基于宏观生态学与宏观进化的生物多样性保护理论。
