科学研究
目前主要从事的研究工作是环境中有毒有害化学物质,特别是内分泌干扰物质的生态和健康风险评价的研究工作。此学科需要各学科的交叉补充,除了环境科学本身,还涉及到毒理学,化学,和数据等方面的知识。 根据最近几年的研究内容,非常欢迎不同专业(化学,毒理学(生物学)背景的学生参与,欢迎愿意从事以数学作为主要工具的生态与健康风险评价的学生。主要涉及: | |
(1) | 复杂环境介质中微量有害化学物质如内分泌干扰物质、医药品和个人护理品、农药和典型持久性有机物质的检测方法开发及环境介质中的行为研究;采用生物监测法(雌激素、雄激素、甲状腺激素、PPAR,维A酸, Ah等受体结合活性,umu遗传毒性测试)和仪器检测方法相结合寻找环境中未知的风险物质; |
(2) | 以食物链放大作为评价终点的化学物质生物富集性评价,结合污染物质的药代过程的生物富集性评价方法学的开发; |
(3) | 种群水平上的生态风险评价方法学和基于上述评价方法的环境基准制定的方法学研究;人群化学物质多暴露途径的累积风险评价方法和基于上述评价方法的环境基准制定方法学研究; |
